Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using Cluedx. By creating an account or accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by them.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account or using any part of Cluedx, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to a paid plan.

2. What Cluedx Is

Cluedx is an online educational platform offering 150+ lessons across 6 business learning paths: Launch a Business, Marketing, Sales, Finance & Profitability, and Growth & Scaling. All content is for educational purposes only. Nothing on Cluedx constitutes professional legal, financial, or business advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making significant business or financial decisions.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are for individual use only — sharing your account with others is not permitted. Email verification is required to activate your account.

4. Free Trial

New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all Pro features. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your payment method will automatically be charged the applicable subscription rate. You can cancel at any time during the trial from your account Settings with no charge.

5. Subscription & Billing

Cluedx offers two subscription plans:

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. By subscribing, you authorize Cluedx to charge your payment method on file for each renewal. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page inside your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain full access to the platform until then. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund for any portion of the current period.

7. Refund Policy

All sales are final after the 7-day free trial ends. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused subscription time, or plan changes. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at team@cluedx.com within 30 days of the charge and we will review your case.

8. Referral Program

Cluedx offers a referral program where existing subscribers can earn a $15 account credit (equivalent to one free month on the monthly plan) for each person they refer who completes the 7-day free trial and converts to a paid subscription. Credits are applied automatically to the referrer's next billing cycle. Referral credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Cluedx may modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Cluedx — including lessons, learning paths, templates, illustrations, and course materials — is owned by Cluedx and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share any platform content outside of your personal use. Your personal account data and any information you provide remains yours.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to: share your account credentials with others; scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the platform; resell or redistribute course content; use the service for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform. Violations of these terms may result in immediate account termination without a refund.

11. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Cluedx does not store your full credit card details on our servers. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Stripe is a PCI-compliant payment processor.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties and Results

Cluedx is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not warrant or guarantee that Cluedx will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times, or that any information, content, tools, or resources provided through the platform will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your particular circumstances.

The information provided through Cluedx is for general educational and informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of business, financial, legal, tax, or other professional outcomes. We do not guarantee that use of Cluedx, or following any information or recommendations provided through the platform, will result in any particular level of revenue, profit, business growth, or other outcome.

Your use of Cluedx is at your own discretion and risk. You are responsible for evaluating the information provided and determining whether it is appropriate for your particular situation.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cluedx's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the service is limited to the total amount you paid to Cluedx in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim. In no event will Cluedx be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Cluedx after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
